Ambassador Pasi Highlights U.S. Engagement in Chad in Farewell Address

Ambassador Geeta Pasi highlighted American engagement in domains including entrepreneurship, security, humanitarian assistance and English-language learning during a September 18 farewell reception at the U.S. Embassy. Thanking Chadians for sharing “their hopes and aspirations” with her during her two years as Ambassador to Chad, she described that the Embassy’s work is “an expression of American values.” Ambassador Pasi is leaving Chad to serve as the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of State in the Bureau of African Affairs.
