CDA, A.I. ELLEN THORBURN Welcomes Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Chad
On Monday December 13, the Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of the United States of America, a.i. Ellen B. Thorburn met with the new Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Chad, Mr. Rashed Al Shamsi. The two discussed the long and productive relationship between the United Arab Emirates and the United States, and how best to support Chad during this important transition to a civilian-led government.
