Chadian Students to Visit the U.S. for Pan-Africa Leadership Program
Four Chadian high school students have been selected to participate in the U.S. Department of State’s Pan-Africa Youth Leadership Program (PAYLP). The PAYLP brings together high school students from across Africa and adult mentors for three weeks of training and cultural exchanges. The PAYLP is designed to promote leadership, civic responsibility and civic engagement through entrepreneurship among future leaders. Also included are workshops on social entrepreneurship and two weeks of living with American host families. Chadian participants will visit Atlanta, Georgia; Austin, Texas; and Washington, DC. Bon voyage!
