Richard Bell

Continuing his series of exchanges with students at Chadian higher education institutions, U.S. Embassy Chargé d’Affaires Richard Bell met with 80 students and faculty members at Institut Supérieur de Commerce, d’Administration et de Management (ISCAM) on March 14. Chargé Bell spoke about the American experience of tolerance and freedom of conscience, then opened the floor for questions. In addition to questions related to his topic, students asked about travel and studies in the U.S., and about U.S. support for human rights.  Their keen desire for English-language learning was evident.
