The U.S. Embassy in Chad recommends that U.S. citizens exercise increased caution when traveling around N’Djamena. U.S. government personnel are advised to avoid the area around the Felix Eboue School between 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. until further notice and any other location where crowds have gathered, especially schools.
