Notarial services are available at U.S. Embassy N’Djamena for all documents destined to be used in the United States. You do not have to be a U.S. citizen to use this service. Documents may include statements made under oath, power of attorney, affidavits, true copies, and acknowledgments. Government-issued ID is required for persons signing documents. A fee of $50 is charged for each notarial service, which can be paid in USD or the equivalent in CFA.
