Effective Wednesday, June 15, 2016 U.S. Embassy N’Djamena will begin using a new, online system for scheduling all routine U.S. Citizen Services. This includes all passport and citizenship services. Henceforth, all applicants must schedule their appointments online.
In order to access this new system, applicants should visit the website at https://evisaforms.state.gov/Instructions/ACSSchedulingSystem.asp. This new system is designed to offer more transparent service and facilitate a smoother application process. Appointments by phone will still be available for urgent travel, such as medical emergencies or funeral attendance.
Additionally, U.S. Citizens in need of 24/7 emergency assistance should call the Embassy at (235) 63 51 78 00 or (235) 22 51 70 09.
